I began my journey in manufacturing at the tender age of 18 as an apprentice and have since worked my way through the organisation completing stints in various departments be it Quality, manufacturing, and SHE attending numerous training programs and gaining qualifications along the way to help build my knowledge and competence.Most recently I found myself in the role of operations manager utilising the skills learned to lead a manufacturing department and strive to continuously improve in all areas.
