Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology continues to push the boundaries of engineering innovation, with composites playing a critical role in delivering performance at the highest level of motorsport.Within this environment, I am responsible for the procurement and supplier management of key composite assemblies, including the floor, internal and external bodywork, front and rear wings, as well as pit equipment—ensuring all components meet stringent performance, quality, and delivery requirements.Primary Responsibilities (Composites Focus):→ Partnered closely with engineers to strategically and tactically procure high-performance composite components alongside other key race hardware.→ Reviewed engineering drawings and specifications to identify and select suppliers capable of meeting strict composite performance and quality standards.→ Led the preparation and evaluation of RFQs, negotiated contracts/POs, and managed terms & conditions with a strong emphasis on composite technologies.→ Performed cost and price analysis for composite parts, implementing savings initiatives without compromising integrity or performance.→ Developed and maintained strategic composite supplier solutions to support Red Bull Racing’s car builds (RB21 / RB22).→ Maintained partnerships with composite suppliers to secure reliability, innovation, and race-critical delivery timelines.→ Monitored supplier performance with a focus on reducing lead times, enhancing composite quality, and ensuring continuous improvements.→ Supported internal processes by reconciling order documentation, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment across finance and engineering.
