Investigate accidents for Allstate Policy Owners. Review loss facts to determine liability. Member of the RCPS (Root Cause Problem Solving) team in my office. RCPS is composed of a few adjusters from different liability teams in our office and one liability department manager. The team works together to figure out issues/opportunities for the office as a whole to grow and perform more efficiently and effectively while meeting and/or exceeding quality goals. We work as a group to right a problem statement along with a solution which is then presented to our office leadership RCPS team, which ultimately decides on putting our solution into effect.
