May 2024 — Present · Philadelphia, PA, US
Leading studies using computational analyses to discern novel treatment strategies for immune and dermatology diseases. • Delivered time-sensitive analyses, tools, and databases to support drug development pipelines and clinical trials. • Used bioinformatics to find new targets in atopic dermatitis and new biomarkers to stratify patients according to their potential response to new therapeutics. • Used Python and R to analyse and integrate single cell RNA-seq, WGS, Proteomics, and clinical data from large studies and trials to develop more effective treatments for atopic dermatitis and other immune diseases. • Led computational analysis of a large collaborative study to identify novel biology in Atopic Dermatitis, Th1/2/17/22 pathways, T cells, Keratinocytes, and differences in immune systems between ethnicities. • Identified gene signatures and protein signatures that can be used to detect therapeutically relevant responses in the skin and blood of patients.
