   Acted as the bridge between IT and Engineering/Manufacturing, PLM MRP MES Expert • Configured the Windchill CM system to be used for a group of 10 PTC Creo Mechanical Engineers, Checkers, and Electrical and Systems engineers • Rolled out company wide training for 20+ new users through the process • Initial process was tailored to mechanical engineering group and expanded to electrical, systems groups to house their documentation as well (AutoCAD cables, one wires, install drawings) • Trained staff (Engineers, Managers) and made video tutorials • Created formal documents, processes, analysis documents, templates, walk thru documents, to aid in the process as well as how to use the system and its best practices going forward • Created gear parts, parts lists templates • Created initial releases, change notices, change requests, variances, promotion request templates • Used the CM system, monitored the process, made sure others adhered to the new standards • Set up test system before going live, worked with our consultant Boston Engineering to work out the bugs • Set up the promotion request revision control system with Boston Engineering’s help • Implemented this new CM process on a number of long term programs DAGR, MIBS, AGR3, RFC2, AMEP • Revision control allows for better tech data packages and control of documentation • Working with Boston Engineering to automate BOMs and make Windchill PLM talk to Costpoint MRP • Working with BEC to spec out this new system to allow MRP and windchill to integrate and create eBOMs and mBOMs • Worked with Boston Engineering and the DCS team in moving from libraries to products • Using revision control on AWS then rolled out to DCS as a whole • Using windchill voting for reviews • Supported TDP formats as a creo/windchill admin • Moved data from old libraries to new products • Assist with day to day windchill/creo issues • Manage the locked library parts and issues • Create products for users, manage user access, licenses
