I am a 4th generation Real Estate Broker, my family has been in the business since the late 1800\'s with creation of townships in the mid-West. I personally buy and sell property, I own multiple units, both on-shore and off and am a firm believer that real estate is a sound investment vehicle to obtain future income for retirement when purchased right. I am an avid professional Realtor, I attend many conferences both in California and I travel the states to understand our unique profession. Traveling has allowed me to view real estate from many different angles, and to understand the different views of the population. I attend many seminars to enrich my professional career and am not necessarily a believer in simply buying designations that many Realtors have, but to fully immerse myself in the business and have the history to truly understand the transaction at hand. Contracts and understanding of the law is something that comes natural and I fully enjoy, in the end working with the public is a total experience. Seeing people from all walks of life and obtain the dreams they desire has been a complete inspiration to continue on my chosen path.
