As a key member of Amazon Astro\'s Software Launch Team, I spent 5+ years orchestrating data programs and leading multi-site teams to support ML algorithm development. After successfully launching Astro, I transitioned to leading software development teams in creating tools for internal Devices & Services customers. Currently, I drive Prime Video\'s digital supply chain operations, collaborating with Studio Partners and tech teams to expand our global presence, particularly in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand markets.Beyond the tech world, I\'m a rock climbing and language enthusiast. I frequent the many summits & crags of the Cascades, and I\'m setting my sights on international peaks. Shanghainese was my first language, followed by extensive study of Mandarin, French, and Japanese.
