During my time at Lakeshore Talent, I have worn many hats which I thoroughly enjoy. My first role was as a temporary Recruiting Coordinator. After a few months, I was hired and then promoted to a Recruiting Specialist. In my current position, I co-manage the day-to-day operations of the Chicago office and work closely with both candidates and clients. Some of current responsibilities include the following-Manage new and existing accounts and build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates-Source prospective candidates online using CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, Zip Recruiter and other job sites-Conduct in-person and virtual interviews and submit potential candidates-Communicate with current candidates about prospective jobs and track their availability-Handle employee relations issues-Assist with Chicago budget-Assist our corporate office in Denver with recruiting and screening for larger customer service/call center projects in Colorado-Maintain PHR Certification and increase HR knowledge by attending webinars, seminars and workshops
