   During my time at Lakeshore Talent, I have worn many hats which I thoroughly enjoy. My first role was as a temporary Recruiting Coordinator. After a few months, I was hired and then promoted to a Recruiting Specialist. In my current position, I co-manage the day-to-day operations of the Chicago office and work closely with both candidates and clients.
