I recruit qualified solicitors across the Scottish legal market, supporting moves from NQ through to Partner level across private practice.I work across a broad range of practice areas and support firms on everything from individual hires to long term growth. It means I\'ve got a clear view of what’s happening in the market and where opportunities sit. Most of the solicitors I work with aren’t actively applying for roles. They come to me (or more likely respond to me) for an honest view of the market, insight into different firms, and guidance on what the right next step looks like for them. I’m straightforward in how I work, I’ll give you a clear picture of your options, share what I know, and be upfront throughout. If I don’t think something is the right move, I’ll say so. If it is, I’ll advocate for you and make sure you’re in the strongest possible position. For clients, that means well informed, motivated candidates who are making considered moves. Honesty upfront avoids problems down the line.
