In my current role, I have the privilege to work on projects that make a positive impact on communities and societies. I partner with our clients to develop their capability in delivering complex programmes faster, cheaper, greener and better.What I\'ve been getting up to:• Managing Consultant of a major programme\'s Interim Commercial Partner, leading the procurement assurance and project management of UK’s largest multi-supplier framework agreement (valued at £37bn) for major capital works covering build, refurbishment and ancillary works. • Managing Consultant leading Commercial Governance and Assurance of a major healthcare infrastructure programme, securing financial and commercial approvals critical to the programme’s success. • Senior Consultant appointed to set up a Transition Management Office for an energy transmission client, I led the development of key components of the TMO Playbook including governance, reporting, risk and issue management. I developed the initial integrated plan for the transition programme which captured key milestones on the critical path and key interdependencies.
