ABOUT CONNIE JOHNSON
My professional aspiration has been to create a culture of safety throughout my career. To accomplish this goal, I try in all that I do, to lead by example, and empower people to use world class safety practices for every task. It is my personal ambition to encourage young ladies to pursue careers in science, especially in Biology and Chemistry, through enrichment experiences. I support disabled veterans organization and like to read to in the elementary schools.A quirky fondness for acronyms such as OSHA, LO/TO, HAZWOPER, CSP, BBS, PSM, SCBA, MOC, ERP, PSSR, CSE, JSA, PHA, and IH just to name a few.Through my 25+ years in occupational safety, I\'ve learned to speak a second language. I am fluent in regulation. I have the skill and ability to take federal regulations, such as OSHA and EPA regulations, and translate them into plain English which everyone can understand.
