   Most recently here at ADP, I lead our content designers in creating amazing, engaging words in our user experiences for in-app messaging and Help solutions. As part keeping content human, our Voice and Tone guidelines as well as Content design guidelines weave through our solutions to engage users at their best every single day! And, I love it! I completed my UX Writing Fundamentals certification and Pendo Essentials, too. I’ve also engaged in several UX Hack-a-thons to imagine great, new product ideas fast. And together with UX designers, we received a Patent award! Recently, I signed over patent to ADP. The patent is currently pending! Another rewarding moment was winning the nomination for the Turknett Leadership Character award. I am forever grateful for my stay at ADP. This company leads with change so we are at our best for everyone - always designing for ALL people! Read more about my stay here at ADP:I joined ADP a while ago in January 1995 as a Technical Writer in the CSS division. At the time, the technical writing team was part of Training in the Support organization. Soon after, I was promoted to Manager and then 5 years down the road the team moved into Product Development. After that move, I was promoted to an Information Development Services Director position.I\'ve enjoyed integrating associates and new product lines into the one content team. This meant managing deliverables on-time following department standards and quality metrics. This benefited ADP by bringing together associates to share best practices and to deliver consistent product documentation to our clients. These experiences made it naturally easy to transition into ADP\'s global content team.I\'ve worked on strategic ADP offerings to develop collaborative Information solutions using innovative technology for HCM products. My team creates client-facing information-great UX content, online help, guided assistance, messages, and what\'s new info.
