As a Murdoch\'s Cashier Team Member, my role includes but is not limited to: Doing the basics right, knowing the value of a hard day’s work, a positive attitude, and doing the right thing (even when no one is looking.). Being knowledgeable, friendly delivering value and having fun with my customers. I’m committed to providing legendary service, giving my customers an authentic shopping experience like no other. I truly enjoy the one-to-one, face-to-face service I’m allowed to experience. I truly enjoy taking that extra step when assisting every customer with purchases, returns, and exchanges. I display a down-to-earth product for an easy shopping experience. I earn my customers’ smiles by being the first to greet them and the last to thank them, whether that’s in store or on the phone. I always strive to have a servant heart with each customer along with their pets if I am lucky enough to greet and pet them! Even slip them a biscuit (with the owner’s permission!). It’s important to me to have a “can-do” attitude knowing what gets me fired up to achieve my best productivity. Always knowing to be ready for a hard day’s work on my feet with some heavy and repetitive lifting (tack and feed, etc.). I always try to work as a team member to uphold the Mission, Value, and Principles – called our MVPs.“We Will be the Best!
