Managing a team of operational consultants engaged in Self Assurance/Quality Assurance monitoring and assessment activities to support the front line businesses within Wells Fargo engaged with Third Party Suppliers of services or products for Wells Fargo. Partner with business stakeholders, including other internal risk programs such as Technology Risk, Regulatory Risk and Consumer Law to ensure all risks are managed and monitored for all Third Party Suppliers. Quality Assurance findings are researched for appropriate problem management/resolution, news monitoring, Issue Management, and the health of the control environment are addressed daily to create a stronger risk environment.
