About Connie Augustine

Currently ABD and finishing my dissertation at Marshall University, I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Ohio and a member of the Accounting Faculty at Youngstown State University, where I have taught a variety of accounting & business courses since 2010. I am also a Senior Manager with Schroedel, Scullin & Bestic, CPAs in Canfield, Ohio, advising clients on tax and accounting related issues. I received my Masters of Business Administration from the University of Akron, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. While still a student at Youngstown State University and upon graduation, I worked in the Youngstown Office of Ernst & Young, advancing from an intern to a senior level tax accountant. Upon that office’s closing in 1993, I worked at a regional firm in Youngstown before joining Schroedel, Scullin & Bestic in 1997. I also have over 10 years of experience working in industry as a Controller and CFO.
