I am a global supply chain and automation leader with over a decade of experience designing and scalingintralogistics, robotics, and digital transformation initiatives across pharmaceutical, automotive, and advanced manufacturing environments. My work focuses on building resilient, data-driven supply chains that improve operational visibility, optimize material flow, and enable enterprise-wide standardization.In my role with Eli Lilly and Company’s Global Robotics Program, I lead intralogistics strategy andautomation framework development for new site launches and global deployments. I have spearheaded digital twin and AI initiatives to model and optimize warehouse operations using real-time data, enabling smarter capital planning, reduced deployment risk, and improved system performance. I was honored with the Global Supply Chain Innovation Award and the RTP Site Innovation Award for delivering Lilly’s first GMP-compliant intralogistics automation system, a scalable model now being replicated across manufacturing sites along with the work in digital transformation of the manufacturing site.Throughout my career, I have led large-scale warehouse automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives, deployingAS/RS, AGVs, and Oracle/SAP-integrated solutions that increased storage capacity, improved throughput,and delivered multimillion-dollar cost savings. I excel at aligning engineering, IT, supply chain, and operations teams to implement global standards, strengthen automation maturity, and drive continuous improvement across complex networks.I am passionate about advancing global intralogistics and warehouse automation through robotics, digitaltransformation, and data-driven decision-making.
