With over six years of experience in project management, construction, and renovation, I am a Estimator/Capex Underwriter at Venterra Realty, a leading multifamily real estate company. In this role, I perform capital expenditure underwriting for potential acquisitions, as well as oversee the budgeting, bidding, and execution of renovation projects for existing properties. I hold my PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, which demonstrates my proficiency in project management knowledge, leadership, strategic thinking, communication, risk management, time management, and problem-solving. I also have a bachelor\'s degree in agriculture, which gives me a unique perspective and expertise in landscape construction and business management. I am passionate about creating and enhancing beautiful and functional spaces for residents and guests, and I value prudent spending, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
