Clients include: Gates Foundation | Gates Agricultural Innovations, Amazon | Amazon Web Services, Microsoft. Operations Project Manager | Non-Profit : Designed and Implemented a new Project Management Office and accompanied Atlassian Service Management System to facilitate the functions of the PMO. These functions included planning resource allocation, governance of enterprise decision-making processes, project management standards and documentation, contract management, and change management practices to be applied throughout the organization. Program Manager | Tech FP & A and Accounting : Led a global workstream of digital automation portfolios within Amazon\'s Financial, Accounting, and Digital Services. Designed and managed an agile assessment and implementation of the digital automation accounting service team’s internal processes and work management structure. This was accompanied by embedding change management principles throughout the process to ensure the organization effectively adapted, embraced and utilized the change to become significantly more efficient in their automation delivery velocity.
