Monitor art storage and all exhibition gallery spaces for safety, temperature/humidity, environmental hazards- Operate and manage permanent collection art storage warehouse, conducted all oversight in the movement of artwork consisting of over 2-D and 3-D art objects; conduct updated housing reports, photographed object inventory, outgoing condition reports, and annual inventory reviews- Supervise and assist part-time art handlers in gallery-related projects, exhibition cleaning and maintenance, collection archival projects, and exhibition installation- Manage all art transportation logistics for accessions, incoming/outgoing loans for exhibitions and permanent collection, coordinate with and schedule transportation and courier services- Responsible for communicating and maintaining relationships with donors, lenders, art collectors, and arts institutions- Collaborate with the Director of Exhibitions, Director of Design, and the Associate Curator in exhibition installs/de-installs by providing loan documentation, transportation logistics, exhibition and catalog checklists, and loan paperwork- Review and streamline all incoming art donation queries for review with the collections committee- Oversee fine arts insurance policy coverage, provide annual updates for accessions, exhibition schedules, and appraisals- Co-manage annual exhibitions budget in coordination with Director of Finance and Director of Exhibitions- Manage the Museum’s research library; provided academic/archival resources for researchers and curators
