As a seasoned leader and expert in strategic meetings, my current position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide consultative and logistical management for highly effective meetings, conferences, events, and trade show exhibits. I strategically oversee all event logistics, content strategy, data integrity, and financial goals associated with planning Premier conferences and meetings. Additionally, I lead the coordination of conference and meeting contracts, ensuring compliance with Premier\'s legal bylaws and liability policies.In the Breakthroughs conference planning, I hold a strategic role in areas such as conference branding, visual design, structural build, mobile app content and programming, and large-scale logistics management. I am also responsible for creating and implementing emergency and safety regulations for meetings and conferences, as well as maintaining communication and information for internal Premier staff regarding conference services policies and procedures. Furthermore, I serve as the lead project manager for event software system integration.As a consultant to team leaders and program content managers across various business units, I collaborate closely with hotel and conference vendors to inform, assign, and oversee their planning for Premier conferences and meetings. Once specific meetings are assigned, I work independently and have management authority over the Specialist, Brand Experience - Events, mentoring and guiding them in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
