   As the lead designer at Workplace.io, I’ve had my hands in just about everything you see—from the product’s sleek dashboard to the eye-catching marketing site and the brand’s entire visual identity. Workplace.io is an AI-powered platform that helps organizations track, measure, and improve culture and performance in real time—no surveys, no disruptions, just actionable insights from your team’s everyday interactions.My day-to-day includes designing intuitive user experiences, crafting high-fidelity prototypes, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers, and making sure every pixel and headline tells our story. I’m responsible for brand consistency across every touchpoint, whether it’s the app UI, pitch decks, or our presence online. I also lead user research, iterate on feedback, and translate complex data into clear, actionable dashboards.If you’ve seen an interface, landing page, or web app from Workplace.io, there’s a good chance I had something to do with it.
