As a Project Coordinator at Squirrel I perform the following duties • Lead end-to-end coordination of multiple projects, from initiation through planning, execution, and successful delivery. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project charters, workback schedules, and delivery timelines, ensuring clarity in scope, goals, and stakeholder roles. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, development, operations, sales) to align priorities and resources. • Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. • Prepare and present KPI dashboards and executive-level reporting for the Director and senior leadership, enabling data-driven decisions. • Track and analyze project performance using tools like Excel, Power BI, or project management software (e.g, Asana, Jira, Trello). • Coordinate internal and external communications, keeping stakeholders informed through regular updates, meetings, and documentation.
