About Rahul Hans
Possess hands-on experience working in varied roles in different industries. I have successfully performed in Sales, Teaching, and Operations roles. Currently, working in the Founders\' office at MedTel Healthcare, a health-tech startup providing Tele-Diagnostics, Tele-Consultation, Connected Care & Remote Patient Monitoring Solutions. MedTel Healthcare brings compatibility of different medical devices with the IoT network, enhances the connectivity and fastens the entire process of data transfer, analysis and retrieval.In the year 2020, I was managing operations at OxfordCaps, a student living startup. I was a part of the central operations team in the Gurgaon HQ, with a P&L responsibility of 18 properties spread across 4 Indian Cities, leading a 2-layered team of approx 50 resources, including 4 City Heads. The company was growing rapidly but then Covid-19 entered and colleges or related businesses got severely impacted, almost overnight.Prior to that, I have also managed operations and implementation in the education sector for large scale skill development and vocational training projects in multiple North Indian states, leading a team of 10 direct reports.I have also been a Founder of a start-up in the F&B sector, involved in developing a tech-enabled fully automatic dispensing machine for cocktails and mocktails. Although the venture was not a commercial success, spending almost 3 years trying to run the start-up helped me learn immensely about-1. A Founders\' Perspective2.
