About Manish Srivastava
Manish Srivastava is a coach, facilitator & an artist. He works with leaders across business, government, UN agencies and NGO sectors to solve complex sustainability challenges (like child malnutrition, agriculture, women empowerment, youth, entrepreneurship, climate change, anti-trafficking etc). Prior to consulting, Manish worked with MNCs like Unilever and Marriott hotels in various leadership and change management roles. Manish has designed and facilitated award-winning leadership development programs for senior and emerging leaders with leading MNCs, Governments, UN & Social enterprises. He has been an external facilitator of leadership transformation with Mckinsey & Co and has been invited for guest lectures on leadership and systems change at leading b-schools in India and OD conferences/forums in USA. Manish is Co-Director of Social Presencing Theatre (SPT) and Core Faculty with Presencing Institute. He has been involved in designing & facilitating Presencing/ SPT based multi-stakeholder change labs in India, Africa, South-East Asia, Europe, US etc. Manish is trained in Bridging Leadership, deep democracy, facilitating nature retreats and deep dialogic processes etc. He is an international certified coach, certified ODCP consultant, MBTI practitioner and a student of CG Jung Institute, Boston Manish drives his inspiration from writing poems, art, comparative mythologies, nature and playing with his son. Manish\'s reflections and poetry on deeper dimensions of leadership and systems change are published in his new book \"Trading Armour for a Flower\"( ) and “Midnight Journey of a Seed”
