About Kevin Ruiz

Currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Chick-fil-A Costa Mesa, where I oversee a team of approximately 100 employees through a high-performing leadership team. I have experience in developing annual Business Plans that incorporate strategic goal-setting, and I consistently lead organizational efforts to achieve high-level objectives by influencing and aligning others.From an operational standpoint, I create and implement systems and processes that elevate the guest experience and ensure operational excellence within the business. My administrative responsibilities include monthly budgeting and forecasting, interviewing and talent selection, leadership development, and profitably management.In addition to my professional responsibilities, I am highly involved in my community. I currently serve on the Westminster School Council and hold the position of President of the Webber Elementary PTA, where I lead initiatives, organize community events, and foster strong partnerships between families, staff, and the City of Westminster community.With strong relational and leadership capabilities, I successfully drive projects and initiatives by influencing leaders and team members across the organization. I facilitate weekly senior leadership meetings, during which I create structured agendas, lead discussions, and provide follow-up on action items and ongoing projects to ensure accountability and sustained organizational progress.
