Involved in the POC and adoption of GEN AI tools like GitHub Copilot for different QA activities likeautomation of test cases, generating test cases improving the QA efficiency by 30% on a team level. Worked closely with the Customer Care team to implement SLAs and incident managementprocesses for all defects reported by customers.
