I am an education development professional with 4 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing government-supported education programs in rural India. I have worked closely with schools, communities, and government departments to improve both early childhood and school education. My work focuses on turning education plans into real action, building the skills of teachers and officials, and creating better learning experiences for children in classrooms and Anganwadi Centres. I bring experience in strategic planning, training, community outreach, and system-level coordination to drive meaningful change in public education.As a \"District Academic Fellow\" with the India Partnership of Early Learning in Uttar Pradesh, I work in close coordination with the Departments of Basic Education and ICDS to drive the effective implementation of ECCE and NIPUN Bharat initiatives. I lead strategic planning with district officials, mentor frontline workers, and enhance learning environments at Anganwadi Centres. Through targeted trainings, on-ground support, and cross-departmental collaboration, I help build sustainable system ownership and improve early learning outcomes.Previously, as a \"Gandhi Fellow\" with the Kaivalya Education Foundation in Rajasthan, I led the implementation of digital learning programs (Mission Buniyaad) across 400+ schools. I built the capacity of 4500+ teachers and 130+ education officials, drove community-led initiatives on gender equity and menstrual health, and worked closely with DIETs and district administrators to strengthen ICT adoption, life skills education, and child safety awareness.I bring a deep commitment to equitable education and system transformation, with a belief in collaborative action, grassroots leadership, and data-informed practices. I’m passionate about empowering teachers, uplifting communities, and ensuring every child receives joyful and meaningful learning opportunities.
