I am a Microsoft 365 specialist at Cloud Essentials. With over 15 years of IT experience. My aim with each client is to help them make confident decisions regarding content migration and governance. Over the years, I have learned that each client is different, and I take pride in getting to know each one and what makes them tick. I make my client’s data governance my top priority and base all I do on compliance and security. My goal is to put my client in a much stronger position by attending to their requirements with the appropriate technology, people, and processes. As a leader in my field, I aim to bring understanding to the bigger picture and an easy grasp of technology. I facilitate agility to keep us at the forefront of this fast-paced industry by bringing efficiency to our process while enabling our talented people to outshine our competitors. This mindset is a catalyst for building long-term relationships with our clients and ensures that we are both constantly moving forward and improving. I lead a passionate team in the UK, eager to provide our clients with strategic aims to improve their business performance. Our area of expertise lies in content management. We help our clients migrate, secure, enhance compliance and stay innovative to get tangible value from their Microsoft 365 ecosystem. I enjoy taking on technically challenging projects that no one else can and thrive when our clients come back to us with new cloud challenges. I have a ‘nothing is impossible’ mindset and implement this in every task I take on. This has aided in pushing past social and technological barriers that others would often fumble at. Outside of work, my two energetic kids present fun and exciting challenges on a daily basis. My children have taught me the most valuable lesson of all - family is everything. The time I spend with them is the time I cherish the most. When I’m not diving headfirst into complex projects at work, I thrive on being active. My weeks are generally filled with PT sessions, netball and gospel choir practices, and on holidays, you’ll find me enjoying the slopes of the French Alps or out on the water off the Cornwall coast.
