ABOUT M ALI KHAN
Being raised in a family that founded and successfully run businesses, I developed a passion for understanding what does and doesn\'t make companies tick. The bankruptcy world has given me a perfect ecosystem to do that. I have learnt tricks of the trade from the craftiest in the business, first in head-to-head courtroom battles followed by corporate legal roles with a top tier law firm, a private sector bank among others. I am one of the youngest Insolvency Professionals in India licensed by IBBI, surpassing the 10-year requirement set under the IBC. My core areas of work include Bankruptcy, Restructuring and allied laws. When I am not at work or in denial of having a social life, being a history buff, I could be found in museums, looking for treasure or capturing the stories of people I find in the streets, in my camera frame.
