Responsibilities- Managed full-cycle recruitment including job description creation, job posting, sourcing, interviewpreparation, reference checks, negotiation guidance, employment offer presentations, and onboarding processes for new consultants and employees- Ensured positive candidate experiences through clear communication and professional interactions- Utilized Excel and Bullhorn for candidate pipeline management and expedited recruitment processes- Comprehensively understood client requirements to ensure precise candidate-organization matches while maintaining confidentiality- Proficient in diverse AI and recruitment tools such as Bullhorn, WOO, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and Indeed- Specialized in Engineering, Automation, IT, Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources, from entry-level to mid-senior management roles.
