I\'m Coniqua Johnson-Reed (she/her), founder of Fearless Spaces, an equity-centered organizational development consulting practice. I partner with mission-driven organizations, especially those led by or serving Black communities to build equitable cultures, develop fearless leaders, and create workplaces where people feel safe, seen, and empowered.My path to this work was shaped by experience. After years in nonprofits, government, and movement spaces, I witnessed firsthand what happens when organizations don\'t live their values: burnout, tokenization, collapse. I founded Fearless Spaces because I believe we can build something better and I wanted to be part of making that real.What I Do:I help organizations navigate change with care, clarity, and action.
