   Currently leading the vendor management for 20 supplemental benefits across nine vendors and two health plans, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Successfully designed and executed cost optimization strategies—including contract consolidation and renegotiation—that have delivered millions of dollars in long-term savings. My project management expertise is demonstrated through the successful rollout of high-impact initiatives such as the grocery benefit launch, Annual and Open Enrollment Period planning for the Executive Leadership Team, and the lead-up to the full Paramount acquisition and integration. Additionally, I am responsible for leading the vendor management and FDR oversight for Medicare Advantage. Conducting annual risk assessments, audits and reporting requirements outlined by CMS. Leading vendor procurement including RFP of new Medicare Advantage vendors.In addition, responsible for managing a portfolio of initiatives designed to improve the profitability and growth of the Medicare Advantage product. This includes monitoring financial performance across several key business areas and managing revenue and cost control initiatives. Also work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to increase plan enrollment. Working in a matrixed environment to drive accountability with achieving financial or growth metrics.
