I partner with higher education institutions, businesses, and professional associations to establish in-house or remote Ombuds Offices - at no additional payroll cost - by guiding them to identify and prepare internal candidates to lead these vital initiatives. My goal is to create lasting structures for understanding and equitable outcomes within organizations.As a Storyteller, I channel this same purpose into creative work that rescues lost voices from the margins of history. My current passion project is bringing to light the epic true story of Josefa Lucía del Pumar y Callejo, a Venezuelan noblewoman who was a foe of Simón Bolívar. After a split family climax and exile with her five daughters, she waged a decades-long legal battle for justice. I am not only scripting this story for a documentary but plan to publish a book of poems from her deathbed perspective, to capture her emotional truth and psychological struggles.This fusion of conflict resolution and narrative is no accident. My debut play, Choral MeToo: The Advent of the Era of Woman, similarly amplifies silenced voices to envision a more equitable future. Whether through establishing an Ombuds Office or resurrecting a forgotten heroine from Spanish archives, my work is about creating spaces where truth can be spoken, heard, and reconciled.I am actively seeking connections with: Producers, writers, and networks interested in female-led historical epics. I have successfully installed the Office of the Organizational Ombuds at two large institutions. Former Pomona College Innagural Ombuds.We also provide Ombuds Fractional Online Services, including consulting with-Ombuds Office Exploration, Planning, and Set-Up-Conflict Systems and Policies Needs Assessment-Mediation and Conciliation Services- Executive Coaching- Ombuds Solutions LLC practices to the standards of the International Ombudsman Association (IOA) Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Colleges, universities, non-for-profits, and businesses can enjoy the services of an external part-time Ombuds to provide services ranging from 2-12 hours per week, as needed, from an experienced, independent, and neutral Ombuds, a full member of the International Ombudsman Association.
