I lead commercial and industrial (C&I) project development for Coldwell Solar across California and the Pacific Northwest. My role spans the full lifecycle of solar, battery storage, and microgrid projects from early-stage analysis and site design to contract execution and long-term planning. I work directly with businesses, public agencies, and tribal communities to deliver customized energy solutions aligned with operational, financial, and sustainability goals.I also manage all RFP-driven opportunities for our team, overseeing strategy, technical documentation, and bid submissions for competitive and public procurement processes.Core responsibilities include:• C&I project origination and full-cycle development• RFP leadership: strategy, technical response, and coordination• Energy usage analysis, load profiling, and system sizing• Site layout development for PV, battery, and hybrid systems• Financial structuring: PPA, cash, and incentive-based models• Utility coordination: NEM2, NEM3, NEMA, Rule 21, WDAT and beyond• Cross-functional alignment with engineering, legal, and construction• Ongoing engagement to support future service, expansion, or optimizationI prioritize long-term client partnerships and actively collaborate with IPPs, consultants, developers, and financiers to ensure projects are not only feasible, but built for long-term success. My focus is on delivering high-impact, technically sound, and financially smart solutions in a complex and evolving energy landscape.
