I have over 25 years\' experience teaching older adults how to use their computers and other technology devices. From setups of PCs and Macs, to printers, iPhones, iPads and more, I\'ve guided my clients through their journey of gaining confidence and decreasing anxiety in this ever-changing digital world.If you\'re looking for patient computer help from someone who has experience working with PEOPLE, not just technology, THAT is what sets me apart from everyone else! I work with all \"not-so-tech-savvy\" individuals: baby boomers, seniors, solopreneurs, and small businessmen and women. My expertise is in training, troubleshooting and solving technology problems in a patient manner. I will not give up until I can provide at least a comparable solution. I am also willing and eager to explain the process, unlike other IT companies.Imagine not having to say \"I\'m not so tech-savvy\" anymore!
