ABOUT RYAN COMPTON

I started Access Mediation Services in 2016, intending to enhance communication with families, communities and organisations through mediation, training and coaching. After the first few years, I noticed most of my time was spent on the delivery and running of the mediation service but still wanted to reach more people across the public, private and third sectors utilising a range of communication skills. Born out of that was the Dialogue Training Academy, which is a platform that provides e-learning, online and face to face training in a variety of subjects. My contributions to mediation in relation to access and inclusion were quickly recognised by the College of Mediators and The Civil Mediation Council when I proudly received an award from them for community mediator of the year 2018.Shortly after, I became one of the Directors of the College of Mediators, where I support the organisation in its key responsibilities and maintain and advance standards within the mediation field. I am currently a member of the College of Mediators, Family Mediation Council, Family Mediator’s Association, and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, ensuring that I work to field-specific standards across my services. The mediation services I provide:Family MediationCivil & Commercial MediationWorkplace MediationDisability MediationRelationship MediationIf you feel you or someone you know could benefit from my mediation service, please send me a message or book a free consultation (https://calendly.com/accessmediationservices/consultationmediation).
