As a Senior Project Manager for Google\'s Extended Workforce, I utilize Agile methodology to develop and execute campaigns for Alphabet (Google) subsidiaries. In my role, I am the day-to-day owner of assigned accounts, overseeing production projects and partnering with account managers on complex initiatives. I collaborate with internal teams and clients to move projects forward and escalate internally when any issues arise. Additionally, I create quarterly, monthly, and weekly forecasting and quarterly cost estimates, responsible for weekly updates to forecast as well as changing estimates if assumptions need to be updated. I work closely with the account director and associate account director to identify when extra resources are needed. In my role, I also scope new projects and/or implementations with assistance from account managers, data analysts, client solution leads/manager, and/or Account Directors. I review client marketing plans and make improvement suggestions. I meet with clients independently and/or with other team members and manage client relationships, with assistance from account director as needed. Lastly, I oversee data and analytics production projects and coordinate with the data team and/or strategy team. I am constantly identifying areas of growth within assigned accounts and finding ways to improve processes to better serve clients.
