Transparently engage with business partners to address compliance concerns facing the international healthcare benefits business and drive collaborative solutions reflective of an effective compliance program. • Actively communicate 50+ new laws and regulations to the business annually and validate business solutions identified to comply with new or changing regulatory requirements in Canada, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, and the United States. • Consistently provide guidance on new business initiatives prior to launch to ensure expansion of the business in a compliant manner. • Independently evaluate the effective management of compliance risk by developing and managing execution of the annual compliance monitoring plan. • Cooperatively engage with regulators on compliance audits and implement mitigation plans resulting from any external regulatory findings. • Diligently perform continuous risk analysis on the following subject areas to identify regulatory risks, business controls and establish compliance oversight: anti-bribery & corruption, conflict of interest, fraudulent claims, third-party compliance, money laundering & financial crimes, sales practices, etc.
