I help my clients make changes, solve problems, and achieve results. Fear and self-doubt is usually what stops us from having the life we weant. Using the Internal Family Systems model (IFS) combined with traditional life coaching methods and unique tools and exercises. my clients get results that they have often given up on. I offer group and individual coaching.I believe that at our core, we all have the capacity for love and connection. But fear cuts us off from our authentic self and blocks or inhibits connection with others. Fear can disconnect us from love. Love and Connection are empowering. In fact, without love and connection, I don\'t believe sustainable change (transformation) is possible. Fear inspires protective adaptation. The strategies employed to manage the fear can easily take over and create a wedge between the people in our lives.\"Wait!\" you might object.\"I love my husband/wife/partner. I love my family. I enjoy my friends. I don\'t have a problem with connection!\"I\'m sure that is all true. But what is happening on the inside as you do all the things a loving partner, parent, or friend SHOULD do? If you are fulfilled, living your purpose, and enjoying intimate connection with the people in your life, you probably don\'t need my help. But if not, maybe we should talk.My job as coach is to empower my clients to make and sustain the changes they desire in their lives. To accomplish this, I help my clients reclaim their authentic power and restore access to choice using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model this way, I help my clients become curious about what, in their inner world, blocks access to their authentic selves, referred to in IFS as \'Self\'. By understanding themselves and the inner influences that impact connection to others and by updating those internal influences (also known as ‘parts’), my clients increase their capacity for change. With this increased capacity, clients can reconnect to themselves and sustainably connect with the important people in their lives.
