How we communicate, reflects how we feel.I work with professionals and students to help enhance their communication skills through a better understanding of their emotional states. This goes a long way in creating an impact and building stronger relationships. I am a Communication and EQ Coach (certified by ICF-International Coaches Federation and Dr Richard Bandler’s society for NLP) with a Masters in Marketing & International Business from IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade), Delhi. I am also the co-founder of The Communication Fitness Studio, a training initiative of The 5th Mantra. I am associated with IIT-Madras as a training mentor for their NPTEL and BS-Data Science programme. Having been in the field of communication for over 20 years, my areas of focus are Verbal & Non-verbal skills, Emotional intelligence and Rapport Building.Being a trained musician, singer, classical dancer, voiceover artist and writer, I keep exploring creative ideas to help others express themselves in a more confident and empathetic manner.
