Hi! I’m Comanche! I am an Operating Room Manager with 15+ years of experience in orchestrating best practices to support safe and efficient surgeries throughout multiple facilities. My scope of responsibility includes management over surgery operations and services, logistics, staff development, procurement, and vendor management. Known for streamlining processes and leading improvements, I’ve impacted revenue growth by redesigning workflow between surgeries. My results led to a promotion to lead the development of a new total joint and spine program and the move into a project management role over the development of new surgery centers. I now mange a team of 20 professionals. I am fluent in Spanish and English, proficient with multiple operating systems, and quick to learn and master new skills. The key to my success lies primarily in my interpersonal skills. I am very best at working with people. As a manager, I help my team members see the value in their skills as well as the rewards of a job well-done. I lead with empathy and promote a healthy work-life amid this fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
