As the VP of Payments and Operations at Juice Financial, a leading fintech provider of consumer disbursements across multiple verticals, I oversee the design, implementation, and management of the payments and operations division, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.I have a proven track record of developing and launching successful prepaid and payment products, such as the first cryptocurrency Bitcoin (USD) exchanged prepaid card in the USA, a legal gambling and e-sport gaming consumer payment portal, and a multi-issuance, multi-association platform that increased prepaid card issuance by 100% in 2014 at Jackson Hewitt. I have also managed over $1 billion in General Purpose Reloadable Prepaid Debit Card deposits and increased net income of third party driven payment products 5x in 2015 and 3x in 2016 at Metropolitan Commercial Bank.
