In my role at Peninsula Bridge, I manage the day-to-day operations of a multi-cohort academic enrichment program, ensuring that staffing, scheduling, instructional delivery, and student services align with both organizational mission and site-specific objectives. I design and teach a standards-aligned sixth-grade mathematics curriculum that incorporates both formative and summative assessments, and I maintain the data systems—attendance records, assessment trackers, and individual learning profiles—that guide instructional decisions and family communication. I serve as the primary author of student- and family-facing correspondence, translating complex academic information into clear and actionable guidance. I facilitate weekly faculty meetings to coordinate timelines, instructional goals, and risk management considerations, and I recruit, train, and evaluate teaching assistants with particular attention to student engagement and fidelity to program design. I also pilot emerging AI-enabled curriculum tools, applying professional judgment to ensure rigor, age-appropriateness, and equity throughout the instructional process.
