   As the Club Director, my job is to manage our travel & local teams, camps & clinics, facilities, apparel, equipment and everything else that falls under the Bend division. Programming, staffing, customer service and registrations take place on the back end, along with teaching the game of volleyball at the highest possible level to all of our club\'s athletes. Skill acquisition, system implementation and winning at the local, regional and national level is the primary focus of the season, all while ensuring that my players is on track to play collegiately. In addition to coaching indoor, I run the Beach Volleyball division of NPJ, overseeing the direction and execution of our very successful club-wide program.
