I’m driven by curiosity and a constant desire to improve how software, data, and people come together - whether that means automating workflows, shipping production tools, or refining complex release processes.My experience spans engineering, data, and program leadership across enterprise and consumer-facing platforms. I’ve worked on global Windows servicing and update programs, coordinating releases across Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 11, Server, IoT, and HoloLens - Impacting over a billion devices worldwide. In these roles, I partnered with hundreds of cross-functional teams, implemented flighting and phased rollout strategies, and relied heavily on telemetry, validation pipelines, and data-driven insights to guide execution.I’ve regularly worked directly with senior leadership, including CVPs, and have led leadership-oriented forums and decision-making meetings to drive alignment on release readiness, risk assessment, and go/no-go outcomes. Translating complex technical signals into clear, actionable recommendations for executives has been a core part of my role.More recently, I’ve transitioned into a Data Engineer role, where I manage large-scale release, WSUS scan cab, and incident datasets, stand up new internal processes, and apply automation and AI to improve operational efficiency and insight quality.
