Hearing an auctioneer can be captivating, but understanding the auctioneer\'s process will leave you fascinated. Rhythm calms the bidder, then suddenly excites them into a bid. The unknowing buyer isn\'t aware of today\'s market prices, but suddenly bids after experiencing a \'false consensus effect\' when bid increments are low and everyone wants a chance at the prize. The savvy buyer knows the auctioneer\'s chant and begins using tricks of their own to hinder the auctioneer\'s climb, then at the last moment attempting to snip the final bid. Europe, the Philippines, or Trenton, Georgia. each have different buyer traits; but a strategy of rhythm, physiology, and personality discover a maximum market price no matter the asset. I take pride in knowing the unknowing buyer pays a premium and the savvy buyer never walks away with a deal. Auctions work!
