Managing and scaling services and operations from 3 facilities to 30 facilities during my tenure at Apple Los Angeles. Our team leads with sustainability, reuse, and design. We delivery services efficiently to reduce cost to Apple through sensors, parking management software, robotics, and Alternative Work Schedules. We’ve scaled services through our data capture, with use of booking tools, internal websites, and integration of our work order management system in each teams workflows. My org is now responsible for all onsite services provided, including Janitorial, Landscaping, Hardscape, Parking Management and Valet for over 4500 employees. Reception, Shipping + Receiving, Logistics, Warehousing, Project Moves, Move Support, and Events are also now a part of my org. Our onsite Zero Waste Program, which has diverted 88% of all wasted produced onsite from the landfill, also rolls up to my team.
