Colton Castell spent 5 years in a professional Law Enforcement capacity. He spent most of his time on patrol working small crimes to major crime scenes. Colton was promoted to a Field Training Officer position which involved training new candidates for potential officers. He then moved to detectives and worked only major crimes. What he specialized in was traffic law, narcotics, and interrogation and worked everything from small crimes to homicide. Castell now put\'s his discipline and skills in public communication to use in an executive search role within the mortgage industry and is extremely efficient in communication, management, and professionalism. He deals with people in a professional manner on a daily basis and continues to do so throughout his career.
