I currently manage LSEG\'s Americas People Services (HR Operations) team, which provides support to LSEG\'s employees in the Americas at all stages of the employee lifecycle. I have several years of experience managing international teams and have also been a manager of managers for several years. I have broad experience across HR operations including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding management, query management, US/International immigration, HR Data Management, HR Tech/Transformation projects, M&A, and employee relations. I am passionate about engaging in evidence-based projects which foster organizational effectiveness, and which enable people to be their best selves at work.
